About the School
Great Khilafat College was formerly known as Muslim Children Private School (MCPS). It was established to offer quality secondary education to graduates of our well-regarded primary school, a center of functional and quality education in Mainland Local Government.
Persistent requests from parents for a secondary school that combines academic rigor with moral excellence led to its founding. The school commenced operations in 2002 with just 2 students and 2 teachers. As enrollment grew to 10, four teachers were engaged.
Today, the school operates the Lagos State Curriculum alongside the National Curriculum, guided by the Lagos State Ministry of Education calendar. Though housed in a non-purpose-built facility, class sizes are kept small (18–25 students) to ensure personalized attention.
We employ only qualified, dedicated, and God-fearing teachers, and maintain modern educational facilities to create a conducive learning environment. In September 2025, the school marked its 30th year of establishment.
